After graduation began his career as an Assistant Architect with Pradeep Sachdeva Design Associates, where he honed his skills for three years. After earning a master’s degree in Urban Design from the National University of Singapore, he worked in Singapore for two years, gaining insights into modern international trends and sustainable design practices. In 2014, Anand co-founded Mind Manifestation with Ar. Chetan Lahoti. Starting with small to mid-scale projects, the practice has grown to specialize in diverse projects, including boutique interiors, luxury residences, and multi-dwelling housing.
